Listening to an ARCast podcast on getting the balence between too much architecture and too little just right, I was introduced to a term I hadn’t heard before: truck count. This is the number of people that have to get hit by a truck (or get promoted or find another job) for your project to fail. What’s your truck count? 1 being a very bad number.
