I keep coming back to the ideas in this presentation. Having spent a lot of time in small start ups, the concept of keeping teams small resonates with me. I now work in the public sector where “small” is something we don’t do. OK, the issues we deal with are large and worth tackling but could we work better by thinking smaller and getting real?
